TYPE-2 DRY SALT

It is produced via sun evaporation: crystallised through the natural action of the wind and sun, then centrifuged and dried to give a coarse salt with 100% purity and no foreign bodies.

This salt has a grain size of between 0.6 and 2.38 millimetres in 90% of the product.

Type-2 dry salt is suitable for food or industrial use. The recommended uses for this product are sausage curing, salting, baking and the manufacture of products intended for animal feed.

Store in a dry and dark place. Salt does not expire; however, the recommended shelf life is 36 months after the packaging date.

No allergenic ingredients according to current legislation.

This product is not of genetically modified origin (GMO).

This product complies with the requirements of applicable European and national legislation.
