TYPE-1 DRY SALT

This is a natural salt of mineral origin. It is produced via sun evaporation: crystallised through the natural action of the wind and sun to give a coarse salt with 100% purity and no foreign bodies.

✓ This salt has a grain size of between 0.125 and 0.750 millimetres in 80% of the product.

✓ Type-1 dry salt is suitable for food or industrial use. The recommended uses for this product are seasoning, breadmaking and in the meat and food industries.
✓ Store in a dry and dark place. Salt does not expire; however, the recommended shelf life is 36 months after the packaging date.

✓ No allergenic ingredients according to current legislation.

✓ This product is not of genetically modified origin (GMO).

✓ This product complies with the requirements of applicable European and national legislation.
