WHEAT STARCH

Wheat starch is extracted from grains of wheat through a grinding, purging and centrifugation process which separates the grains’ fibre and proteins.

The most common uses of wheat starch are: stabiliser, thickener and bulking agent in the production of breads, ready meals, baking, desserts and ice-creams, sweets, sauces and condiments.

Suitable for home consumption or use in the production of different food-industry products, most commonly in baking.

Store in a clean, warm and dry place. Best consumed within 24 months of the production date.

Contains gluten.

This product is not of genetically modified origin (GMO).

This product complies with the requirements of applicable European and national legislation.
