ORDINARY GROUND WET SALT

It is a natural mineral salt of mineral origin. It is produced through solar evaporation: crystallization due to the natural action of wind and sun, resulting in a natural grain salt with 100% purity and free from impurities.

✓ This salt has a grain size of between 0.125 and 0.750 millimetres in 80% of the product.

✓ Ordinary ground wet salt is suitable for food and industrial use. The recommended uses for this product are salted-fish curing, cheese curing, sausages, salt electrolysis and swimming-pool chlorination.

✓ Store in a dry and dark place. Salt does not expire; however, the recommended shelf life is 36 months after the packaging date.

✓ No allergenic ingredients according to current legislation.

✓ This product is not of genetically modified origin (GMO).

✓ This product complies with the requirements of applicable European and national legislation.
