It has a light colour and a neutral flavour that does not alter the taste of other ingredients. IP refined soybean oil is high in unsaturated fats, particularly in linoleic acid, which is important in our daily diet.
IP refined soybean oil is mainly used for raw consumption, such as in dressings for vegetables, pulses and salads, or to prepare sauces.
Refined soybean oil, deodorised in controlled hygienic conditions and derived from high-quality seeds with “Non-detection of genetically modified organisms” and “Product identity preserved” certificates of origin.
