It is produced via thermo-crystallisation, a process which results in a coarse salt with 100% purity and no foreign bodies.
✓ This salt has a grain size of less than 0.177 millimetres in 90% of the product.
✓ TT0 dry salt has multiple uses, including for dried fruits, pastries and additive blends.
✓ Store in a dry and dark place. Salt does not expire; however, the recommended shelf life is 36 months after the packaging date.
✓ No allergenic ingredients according to current legislation.
✓ This product is not of genetically modified origin (GMO).
✓ This product complies with the requirements of applicable European and national legislation.
