IBERIAN-PORK LARD

Made from the rendering of Iberian-pork lard and bacon.

Suitable for use as a substitute to oil in the production of various dishes and fried foods as a fatty element.

Iberian pork lard is used in the production of sausages, in making doughs, and as a preservative. It can also be used in soap-making.

Store at a maximum of 7°C for fresh lard and -18°C if frozen. This product has a shelf life of 12 months.

No allergenic ingredients according to current legislation.

This product is not of genetically modified origin (GMO).

This product complies with the requirements of applicable European and national legislation.
