HIGH OLEIC SUNFLOWER OIL

High-oleic refined sunflower oil is high in oleic acid, which improves cooking. Popular among hospitality professionals thanks to its greater stability for use in cooking. Obtained from selected sunflower seeds with a high percentage of fatty acids, which makes it resistant and stable at high temperatures, achieving a smoke point of 200°C.

With a fluid texture at room temperature, high-oleic refined sunflower oil is a yellow oil with a mild flavour. It has a maximum acidity of 0.3°.

Thanks to its subtle flavour, organic refined sunflower oil is used in catering and in the food industry for the production of bread, biscuits, cakes and pastry products.

100% refined sunflower oil with high oleic-acid content obtained by refining the oil extracted from the sunflower seed.

✓ Best consumed within 12 months after the product’s packaging date.

✓ Store in closed packages in a cool, dry place, avoiding exposure to direct or indirect sunlight and odorous materials.
